• Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed securely via TicketingHub’s integrated payment gateways. Reimagine Tours® & TicketingHub does not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or CVV codes.
• Purpose of Processing: This data is processed based on Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to deliver your tickets and provide you with tour updates and customer support.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal information. However, these rights are balanced against our legal obligations to the IRS and tax authorities.

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

• Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the information we hold. Because we do not use a login system for customers, we will manually provide a CSV or PDF export of your records from TicketingHub or our partner database.
• Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You may request that we delete your personal information.
• The 7-Year Tax Rule (Legal Recourse): In accordance with US Tax Law, Reimagine Tours® is required to maintain financial transaction records (including Order ID, Date, Amount, and Partner Commission logs) for a period of 7 years. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal contact details (email/phone), but the financial record of the transaction will remain as an anonymized entry for audit purposes.
• Partner Data: For tour guides and commission partners, name and payment history are retained for the duration of the 7-year legal retention period to ensure tax compliance.

• Fulfillment: We provide data in standard PDF or CSV formats. We do not provide automated XML/JSON downloads as we do not maintain public user accounts.
• Verification: We will verify your identity via email before releasing or modifying any records.
